Senior Content Manager

We’re looking for our Sr. Content Manager who will be responsible for leading multiple client content strategies through a clear and impactful SEO-driven roadmap. **This is a fully remote position.**

**What you’ll do**
- Build a strategic roadmap of SEO and data-driven content initiatives from ideation to completion
- Lead multiple client content strategies to drive **impact** through **premium** work at startup speed with startup mentality (**intensity**)
- Ownership of project management and SEO content strategy pipeline for several client projects
- Responsible for incorporating SEO expertise/client brand specifics & data analysis according to client’s strategy to drive impactful results
- Track, measure, and report on client health and results, owning performance analysis and pivoting according to conversion data
- Manage and train a team of Content Leads/Specialists, providing guidance and feedback while ensuring internal and external stakeholders are set up for success
- Build and nurture excellent relationships with client project owners and client executive teams
- Propose and oversee new ideas for client initiatives

**What you’ll need**
- Premium-level organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Digital marketing knowledge and SEO (technical/content) expertise
- 3-5 years experience in the digital marketing, content, or SEO fields (agency experience is preferred)
- At least 3 years experience managing a team of direct reports; responsible for driving the results of a team while ensuring the team members grow, train, and thrive
