Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our LATAM HR team. This role is critical to identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and supporting our regional hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment practices in Latin America and excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across LATAM
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate selection processes
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment across Latin America (minimum 1 years)
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) —

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in tech, telecom, or consumer electronics industries
  • Portuguese or Spanish bilingual proficiency
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in LATAM countries
