Misión:

Serás responsable de atraer, contactar y convocar el mejor talento para nuestra empresa, garantizando una experiencia de reclutamiento ágil, efectiva y alineada con los valores de nuestra organización.

Formación académica

Técnico, tecnólogo en Gestión del talento humano, Administración de Recursos Humanos, comunicación o estudiante mínimo de tercer semestre de Psicología o afines

Preferiblemente con estudios adicionales en áreas afines a Talento Humano.

Experiencia requerida;

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como
Reclutador de campañas bilingues en el sector BPO

Experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento masivo dentro del sector BPO / Contact Center.

Nivel de inglés B2 + / C1 (indispensable).

Conocimientos:

Publicación de vacantes en portales de empleo (Computrabajo, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

Filtros y entrevistas iniciales de candidatos

Manejo básico de Herramientas ofimáticas

Familiaridad con indicadores básicos de reclutamiento (volumen, tiempos, fuentes).

Capacidad para realizar entrevistas y evaluaciones de idioma.

Comprensión oral y escrita adecuada para interactuar con candidatos

Condiciones laborales:

Salario a convenir+ prestaciones de ley

Trabaja de lunes a viernes de 8:00am a 6:00 pm

Trabajo indefinido.

Trabajo presencial estamos en el centro de la ciudad de Bogotá
