OneTouch Direct is seeking a dedicated and proficient Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our esteemed team in Colombia. As a premier provider of customer engagement solutions, we recognize the indispensable role that talent plays in our success. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process in both English and Spanish, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool to meet our organizational needs.

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with OneTouch Direct.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and work collaboratively to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all legal and organizational standards.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proficiency in bilingual communication (English and Spanish).
  • Possess a proven track record of effectively sourcing and attracting diverse candidates.
  • Exhibit proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Cultivate a results-driven mindset and a passion for facilitating the growth of talent within the organization.
