Objetivo del cargo: Back Office de Transmisión IPRAN será responsable de planificar, gestionar y ejecutar ventanas de mantenimiento en la red IPRAN, asegurando la continuidad del servicio y minimizando el impacto en los usuarios. Deberá garantizar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos de mantenimiento, coordinar con otras áreas involucradas, supervisar el cumplimiento de los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (ANS) y mantener una documentación completa de las intervenciones. Además, debe realizar las revisiones necesarias antes, durante y después de las intervenciones, validar el estado de los elementos de la red y gestionar cualquier incidencia o afectación en la red IPRAN. Funciones. • Planificar, gestionar y ejecutar ventanas de mantenimiento en la red IPRAN, asegurando la continuidad del servicio. • Gestionar la apertura, seguimiento y cierre de las ventanas de mantenimiento, realizando prechecks y postchecks de cada intervención. • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de rollback en caso de fallos durante la intervención. • Coordinar con otras áreas para asegurar la sincronización de actividades y el cumplimiento de los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (ANS). • Realizar revisiones de operatividad antes, durante y después de los trabajos de mantenimiento. • Garantizar la correcta documentación de cada intervención en las herramientas de gestión de Claro. • Generar informes sobre la ejecución de las ventanas de mantenimiento y reportar cualquier desviación o incidencia. • Atender solicitudes relacionadas con afectaciones o mantenimiento en la red IPRAN. • Validar el estado de los elementos de la red y gestionar fallas con empresas electrificadoras cuando el mantenimiento impacta la red • Identificar y mitigar riesgos asociados a las intervenciones de mantenimiento, asegurando la mínima afectación al servicio.Requisitos  Bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo en áreas administrativas, comerciales o afines. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en atención al cliente y soporte telefónico. Habilidad para comunicarte con claridad, resolver problemas y mantener siempre una actitud positiva. Manejo básico de herramientas ofimáticas Si cumples con estos requisitos y estás listo/a para unirte a un equipo innovador donde tu experiencia y proactividad serán valoradas, envíanos tu hoja de vidaVentajasCrece con nosotros En nuestra empresa valoramos tu talento y queremos que hagas parte del equipo.
