Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat ( FRESHDESK, FRESHCALL, WHATSAPP CHAT )

- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department

- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads

- Assist with data entry and maintenance of customer records

- UPS, USPS Shipping Claim, Shipping Error Records, SHIPSTATION shipping adjustment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills

- English is MUST
