Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Coordinator
para apoyar el crecimiento comercial de nuestros
B2B Professional Services en Puerto Rico, United States, LATAM y Europe.

Este rol es clave para asegurar
lead qualification, disciplined follow-up y appointment setting, manteniendo un pipeline organizado y medible
, y permitiendo que el closer se enfoque en cerrar oportunidades estratégicas.

Main Responsibilities | Key Functions

  • Manage and follow up inbound leads generated by digital campaigns.
  • Execute outbound prospecting (light) via LinkedIn, assigned databases and direct outreach.
  • Perform lead qualification based on defined criteria (fit, interest, budget, timing).
  • Schedule qualified sales appointments for the closer.
  • Confirm meetings and actively reduce no-shows.
  • Execute structured follow-up after sales calls when deals don't close on the first meeting.
  • Keep CRM updated 100% of the time with notes, statuses and next steps.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and measurable sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the sales lead to continuously improve lead quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as SDR, Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales, Call Center or similar role.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Strong comfort with KPIs, metrics and daily activity goals.
  • High discipline for follow-up and documentation.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in B2B services, marketing, technology or healthcare (nice to have).
  • Experience using CRM systems, calendars and productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with inbound & outbound sales processes.

Key Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish required, basic English a plus).
  • Strong execution discipline and consistency.
  • Ability to manage volume without losing quality.
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on process compliance.
  • Neutral accent and comfort communicating with international clients.

Technical Requirements

  • Stable, high-speed internet connection (mandatory).
  • Own laptop and remote work setup.
  • Experience with video conferencing tools, CRM and messaging platforms.

Personal Profile

  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and daily metrics.
  • Proactive, accountable and reliable.
  • Strong time management in a fully remote role.

Work Schedule

9AM to 6PM

  • Monday to Friday
  • Aligned with Puerto Rico / US Eastern Time

Compensation

  • Base salary: USD $350 – $450 monthly
  • Bonus per qualified & attended appointment: USD $5
  • Bonus per closed deal (indirect contribution): USD $25 – $50
  • Clear performance-based growth path (not guaranteed).
