Talent Acquisition Manager
to join our motivated and ambitious team in Barranquilla

What Will You Do?
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment process for our operations in Colombia, managing end-to-end recruitment efforts, and developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of local and regional job markets, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to align recruitment efforts with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to refine recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.

Social Media Engagement/Recruitment

  • Utilize social media trends, tools, and technologies to identify new opportunities for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates.
  • Design and implement innovative social media campaigns to attract top talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging content, including job postings, videos, infographics, and blogs, tailored to the target audience.
  • Manage and optimize the company's presence on social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and reach.

Talent Sourcing And Attraction

  • Identify and engage with top talent through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Promote UnifyCX as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Implement and oversee assessment tools and techniques to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Team Leadership And Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

Compliance And Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Provide expert advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends.

Who Are You?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in senior talent acquisition or recruitment management, in a BPO setting or at minimum a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices in Colombia.
  • Strong understanding of local and regional labor markets, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
