En Woodland Capital, estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Project Financial Analyst altamente
analítico(a), organizado(a) y con dominio avanzado del inglés, para apoyar la gestión financiera
de proyectos de desarrollo de terrenos. Este rol es clave para la toma de decisiones
estratégicas y el éxito de nuestras iniciativas de inversión.
Responsabilidades Principales:
● Crear, mantener y optimizar modelos financieros detallados para proyectos de desarrollo
de terrenos.
● Analizar variables económicas, costos, retornos y riesgos asociados a cada proyecto.
● Preparar reportes financieros precisos para la toma de decisiones ejecutivas.
● Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para validar supuestos y proyecciones.
● Asegurar la integridad y actualización constante de la información financiera.
Herramientas y Equipos Requeridos
● Plataformas: Excel, Word, Adobe.
● Equipos: Computador con múltiples monitores, cámara y micrófono funcionales.
Perfil Requerido:
● Experiencia comprobada en análisis financiero de proyectos, preferiblemente en
desarrollo inmobiliario o inversión de terrenos.
● Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés (comunicación verbal y escrita).
● Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, con enfoque en resultados y atención al
detalle.
● Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente en un entorno dinámico.
Formación Académica:
● Título profesional en Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines.
● Se valoran estudios de posgrado en áreas relacionadas.
