The Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in the development of financial planning and treasury activities. Responsible for the preparation and updating of financial reports and initial analysis, they generate valuable insights to facilitate strategic decision-making. Additionally, they oversee treasury processes for payments and accounting records across the US, Mexico, and Colombia.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and monthly closing processes.
  • Understand and analyze key business drivers.
  • Develop and update financial reports.
  • Generate reports and conduct initial data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Provide leadership insights to complement strategic analysis.
  • Maintain accounting records for incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Handle banking platforms and conduct reconciliations.
  • Participate in various finance projects.

Required Skills, Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, treasury departments, or financial planning.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial strategies and planning.
