What You'll Do

  • Support the operations team by ensuring billing and collections data is accurate
  • Perform data audits to maintain up-to-date and reliable financial information.
  • Manage customer-related processes such as payment applications, account reconciliations, and coordination with external parties as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the operations team on billing and collections processes, serving as a key point of contact via email in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist with additional activities within Finance Operations as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Great communication skills.
  • Billing and Collections experience.
  • Advanced English.
  • Excel.
  • Experience in accounting and payment reconciliation processes.
