What You'll Do

  • Manage billing processes, invoice creation, documentation accuracy, and timely submission.
  • Support collections activities by following up on outstanding balances and coordinating payment arrangements.
  • Ensure financial compliance and alignment with client standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong financial controls.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Provide exceptional communication and support to U.S.-based clients.


What We're Looking For

  • 6+ months of experience in Billing, Collections, Accounting, or related roles.
  • Bilingual English level (B2–C1) – required.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
