Ingeniero de sistemas o carreras afines

Conocimientos en:

  • Nube: AWS, GCP O AZURE

  • CI/CD

  • frameworks para la gobernanza del modelo y la IA responsable
  • atabricks, Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML
  • Python, Java, Cypher, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch/Pytorch Lightning
  • monitorización

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en:

  • Arquitecturas de Datos: Experiencia práctica en el diseño e implementación de arquitecturas de datos modernas.

  • MLOps y Producción: Dominio del ciclo de vida del Machine Learning (MLOps). Experiencia en llevar modelos de ML a producción a escala, incluyendo versioning, monitoring (drift).

  • GenAI/LLMs/SLM: Conocimiento profundo y experiencia en la aplicación de modelos de Lenguaje Grande (LLMs) y modelos de lenguaje pequeños SLM.

  • Experiencia en el uso y fine-tunning de herramientas para entrenamiento de modelos generativos: OpenAI, GPT, etc

  • AI Governance y Ética

  • Herramientas de Plataforma: Experiencia avanzada con plataformas de Data Science/ML.

  • Experiencia en procesos de tunning, Prompt tunning, transfer learning, RAG, embeddings, reranker.

  • Procesamiento de imagen: OpenCV, Tesseract, EasyOCR, Doctr

  • NLP: Spacy, Llama2, NLTK, ANTLR4

  • Conocimiento repositorio de modelos: Hugging Face y Grafos(kb): Neo4j
