Tech Lead Microsoft AI & Gen AI POD

Descripción:

Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado. Experiencia demostrable liderando equipos técnicos multifuncionales en la entrega de proyectos de IA/GenAI basados en la nube. Experiencia en servicios de la nube de Azure, incluyendo computación, redes, seguridad y ofertas de IA. Sólido conocimiento de las prácticas de CI/CD e Infraestructura como Código (IaC), particularmente con Terraform. Experiencia práctica con servicios de IA Generativa (p. ej., Azure OpenAI), flujos de trabajo LLMOps y mejores prácticas de implementación de LLM. Familiaridad con metodologías y herramientas Agile (p. ej., JIRA, Confluence). Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para desbloquear equipos e impulsar el progreso. Sólidas habilidades de comunicación.

Responsabilidades:

Liderar y guiar un equipo multidisciplinario de ingenieros en la creación e implementación de soluciones en la nube basadas en IA/IA Generativa. Definir la estrategia técnica y supervisar la implementación integral utilizando servicios en la nube de Azure. Colaborar estrechamente con los gestores de producto, científicos de datos y DevOps para ofrecer soluciones de IA escalables y seguras. Diseñar e implementar pipelines de CI/CD y gestionar la Infraestructura como Código utilizando Terraform. Impulsar flujos de trabajo de LLMOps, garantizando las mejores prácticas en la implementación y el mantenimiento de soluciones basadas en LLM (por ejemplo, Azure OpenAI). Facilitar ceremonias Agile y apoyar la planificación de sprints, el refinamiento del backlog y la mejora continua. Eliminar bloqueos y garantizar la ejecución fluida del equipo en todas las iniciativas.
