Propósito del Rol
El AI Transformation Architect es responsable de definir, diseñar y habilitar la transformación del negocio mediante el uso estratégico de Inteligencia Artificial, analítica avanzada y arquitecturas empresariales escalables.

El rol actúa como un puente entre negocio, tecnología y operación, asegurando que las iniciativas de AI generen valor tangible, sean escalables a nivel enterprise y se integren de forma segura y sostenible dentro del ecosistema tecnológico de la organización.

Las Responsabilidades

  • Definir y evolucionar la estrategia de adopción de AI, alineada con los objetivos del negocio y la visión corporativa.
  • Liderar evaluaciones as-is / to-be de procesos, capacidades y arquitectura.
  • Diseñar roadmaps de transformación con AI, priorizando iniciativas según impacto, viabilidad y riesgos.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas end-to-end que integren analítica, AI, GenAI, sistemas core y capas de orquestación.
  • Definir estándares, principios y patrones de arquitectura para soluciones basadas en AI.
  • Asegurar la convivencia e integración de soluciones en entornos tecnológicos heterogéneos.
  • Liderar el diseño y ejecución de pilotos y pruebas de valor en iniciativas de AI.
  • Definir métricas de éxito, criterios de escalabilidad y planes de industrialización.
  • Acompañar la transición de pilotos a soluciones productivas.
  • Evaluar plataformas, herramientas y proveedores de AI.
  • Liderar análisis de build vs. buy, documentando impactos técnicos, operativos y económicos.
  • Asegurar alineación con lineamientos de arquitectura, seguridad y sostenibilidad.
  • Incorporar principios de AI responsable (ética, explicabilidad, privacidad, seguridad).
  • Identificar y mitigar riesgos asociados a datos, modelos, operación y cumplimiento.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con áreas de seguridad, legal y compliance.
  • Actuar como referente arquitectónico y consultivo para negocio, IT, data y partners.
  • Traducir conceptos técnicos complejos en mensajes claros para audiencias ejecutivas.
  • Facilitar la adopción organizacional de soluciones basadas en AI.
  • Realizar seguimiento arquitectónico post-implementación.
  • Evolucionar continuamente las arquitecturas según desempeño, cambios del negocio y nuevas tecnologías.
  • Contribuir a frameworks, estándares y mejores prácticas corporativas.

Requisitos y Experiencia

  • Profesional en Ingeniería, Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Negocios o afines. Master o especializacion AI. MBA es un plus.
  • 8–12+ años en roles de arquitectura, transformación digital, analítica o AI.
  • Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas empresariales y soluciones escalables.
  • AI / ML / GenAI (conceptual y aplicado).
  • Arquitectura de datos y analítica.
  • Plataformas cloud e integración de sistemas.
  • Frameworks y patrones de arquitectura empresarial.
  • Pensamiento estratégico, liderazgo consultivo, comunicación ejecutiva y orientación a valor.
