Our Claims Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling claims inquiries in a fast-paced environment while resolving customer concerns and questions. This role does not require a license so your primary responsibilities will be limited to inquiries on claim statuses and forwarding calls to appropriate claim staff.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Demonstrate outstanding listening skills while exhibiting excellent customer service, patience, and empathy to promote the company reputation of integrity.
- Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers about claims information.
- Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff.
- Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution
About You
- Advanced English level Bilingual.
- Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Availability to handle calls and work on claims-related issues.
- 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in handling claims inquiries.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent written communication via email and chat.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience in insurance is ideal but not mandatory.
