We are seeking a Customer Service Voice Agent to support customers over the phone with professionalism, clarity, and empathy. This role involves handling order updates, returns, refunds, and exchanges using Shopify, as well as tracking and escalating fulfillment issues through ShipHero. You will maintain accurate notes, follow internal workflows, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth post purchase experiences.

The ideal candidate has experience in ecommerce or call centers, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle high call volumes while staying organized. Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs, Shopify, and ShipHero is essential. Experience with DTC brands, Klaviyo, Slack, or Notion is a plus.
