About Us

Clensy Cleaning is a fast growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in New Jersey, USA. We're known for being detail oriented, professional, and friendly both with our clients and our team. We're expanding quickly and looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage day to day operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, text messages, and emails from clients
  • Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments in our CRM
  • Assign cleaners to jobs and confirm they are on time
  • Follow up with clients for 5-star reviews
  • Send quotes and respond to new leads from Google, Facebook, and Thumbtack
  • Track daily cleaner hours and enter data into the system
  • Follow up with past clients to offer promotions or recurring plans
  • Report daily updates to management

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

  • Strong English communication (spoken + written)
  • Experience working with cleaning, home-service, or booking systems (BookingKoala, MaidCentral, Jobber, etc.) a plus
  • Fast learner and extremely organized
  • Confident on the phone and able to handle customer questions smoothly
  • Familiar with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Reliable Wi-Fi and ability to work in U.S. time zones
