About Commerce Social
Commerce Social is a TikTok Shop–first agency helping ambitious brands turn social commerce into real, measurable revenue. We work end-to-end on TikTok Shop—from launch and storefront setup to scaling profitable GMV—with a focus on performance, margins, and customer experience.
As we grow, we're looking for an ecommerce / account executive to support and scale our day-to-day execution on TikTok Shop. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, organized, and excited about social commerce, with the ambition to grow in a fast-moving, global environment.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, implementation-focused role with room to develop a strategic mindset over time. You'll work across campaign operations, creator coordination, and content implementation to keep TikTok Shop programs running smoothly.
You'll support multiple client accounts, but your real value will come from your ability to understand problems quickly, take ownership of tasks, keep projects moving, and grow into a trusted operator within the Commerce Social team.
What You'll Do
Creator Outreach & Communication
- Run manual outreach and targeted campaigns to onboard creators aligned with brand goals (bot-led outreach handled via internal tools).
- Keep outreach logs and trackers up to date after each touchpoint.
- Respond to creator messages in Affiliate Center promptly and move qualified creators into community channels (WhatsApp/Discord) for long-term engagement.
Samples, Logistics & Shop Health
- Review and approve sample requests, validating creator fit and following brand guidelines in alignment with the brand lead.
- Oversee sample fulfillment and delivery, tying sample distribution back to performance.
- Monitor product listing performance, sample stock, keywords, and listing quality; recommend simple optimizations when needed.
Content Tracking, Rating & Quality
- Track new creator videos daily, rate content quality, and flag top-performing pieces for potential paid boosts or reposts.
- Record AD codes where relevant for potential ad use.
- Ensure content meets brand briefs and platform policies; request revisions when claims or compliance are off.
Community, Documentation & Account Support
- Maintain and update all trackers (outreach, samples, shop, AE checklists) on a daily basis—no gaps.
- Support Account Managers/Directors by surfacing issues early, escalating when appropriate, and helping execute campaigns.
- Help grow and retain the creator community through incentives and engagement programs.
- When needed, assist with brand and customer support: shop violations, compliance issues, negative reviews, and key inquiries.
