Start date: December 01, 2025

40 hours per week

Salary: COP 4,500,000/Month

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 5 days per week, with flexibility to work on weekends.

Role Overview:

In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide variety of high-volume retail-focused roles, including sales associates, merchandisers, and more. You'll partner with U.S. hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver creative recruiting strategies that ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

What You'll Do:

1.⁠ ⁠Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

2.⁠ ⁠Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and more.

3.⁠ ⁠Conduct resume reviews and phone interviews to identify top talent.

4.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with U.S. hiring managers to align on staffing needs and candidate pipelines.

5.⁠ ⁠Build and maintain talent pools for both seasonal and ongoing hiring needs.

6.⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate data in the ATS, ensuring compliance and reliable hiring metrics.

7.⁠ ⁠Partner with HR to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For:

1.⁠ ⁠Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.

2.⁠ ⁠Previous experience recruiting for sales, retail, or merchandising roles is a plus.

3.⁠ ⁠Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and candidates while keeping attention to detail.

4.⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

5.⁠ ⁠Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

6.⁠ ⁠A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.

7.⁠ ⁠Team player who works collaboratively with HR and recruitment peers.
