The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced
Recruitment Specialists
to join our nearshore team and deliver best-in-class recruitment support. You'll partner with our US leadership and client-facing teams to source top talent across
Technology and Life Sciences
, ensuring our clients gain the competitive edge they need to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sourcing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and proactive search.
  • Screening and qualifying candidates against role requirements.
  • Building strong pipelines of talent for future and current client needs.
  • Collaborating with Account Directors, Delivery Leads, and client stakeholders.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant records in our ATS/CRM systems

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years' recruitment experienc
    e
    in Technology or Life Sciences (agency, RPO, or in-house).
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong sourcing capability (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Organised, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
  • Team player with a global mindset and collaborative approach.

What We Offer

  • Salary:
    $15,000 – $25,000 per annum (depending on experience and location).
  • Commission:
    Deal-based commission ($100–$200 per successful placement).
