Job description Talent Specialist / IT Recruiter (Colombia)

Resumen del puesto:
Buscamos un/a Talent Specialist o IT Recruiter con experiencia en la gestión integral de procesos de reclutamiento end-to-end para empresas tecnológicas. La persona ideal tendrá habilidades en headhunting de perfiles IT, manejo avanzado de herramientas de reclutamiento y capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con stakeholders, garantizando una experiencia positiva para los candidatos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de contratación.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento end-to-end: desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la incorporación de candidatos.

  • Realizar headhunting de perfiles IT utilizando bases de datos especializadas y herramientas avanzadas de búsqueda.

  • Analizar requerimientos y desarrollar estrategias de recruiting alineadas con los objetivos del cliente.

  • Utilizar de manera avanzada sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS) como Avature, Greenhouse, Recruitee, etc.

  • Redactar avisos de empleo efectivos en LinkedIn y otras plataformas, maximizando la visibilidad y el alcance.

  • Asesorar y colaborar estrechamente con stakeholders (entrevistadores, Hiring Managers, Project Managers, Head de RRHH) para asegurar el alineamiento de expectativas y necesidades.

  • Realizar análisis del mercado laboral para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora en las estrategias de reclutamiento.

  • Participar en proyectos de Staff Augmentation, gestionando la incorporación de recursos adicionales según demanda.

Job requirements Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en reclutamiento IT o posiciones similares.

  • Conocimiento de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas al reclutamiento (ej. Ribbon, PeopleGPT, Copilot, ChatGPT).

  • Experiencia con ATS.

  • Dominio de LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Manejo de Microsoft 365 y Google Suite.

  • Habilidades en negociación, pensamiento crítico, gestión del tiempo, resiliencia y orientación al detalle.

  • Nivel de inglés conversacional (no excluyente)

  • Formación universitaria en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Psicología o afines (en curso o finalizada). (no excluyente)
