Logistics Coordinator
to support U.S.-based transportation operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive under pressure, enjoy real-time coordination, and are ready to grow within an international logistics company.


What You'll Do

  • Coordinate dispatch operations and manage loads from pickup to delivery.
  • Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time execution.
  • Monitor shipments, track routes, and provide real-time updates.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalations as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate system updates and operational documentation.


What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months of experience in dispatch (mandatory).
  • English level B2–C1 (required).
  • No degree required.
  • Full availability
    , including
    night shifts and weekends
    .
  • Availability for
    100% on-site work
    .
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
