This job is Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the

Supply Chain and logistics team in Colombia, ensuring proper information flow and

process execution to maintain continuity in operations. This role includes a job

rotation program across key areas of the supply chain: Billing, Inventory, Reverse

Logistics, Transportation, and E-commerce, offering a comprehensive learning

experience and exposure to different facets of the business.

Responsibilities

● Operational Execution: Manage and update critical logistics documentation,

including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping guides, ensuring seamless

information flow.

● Process Coordination: Oversee order processing and dispatch across multiple

channels, including warranty claims, warehouse operations, and e-commerce

platforms.

● Inventory & Warehouse Support: Assist in inventory control, warehouse

management, and strategic material movement to maintain operational continuity.

● Logistics & Reverse Logistics: Manage the end-to-end execution of reverse

logistics, ensuring timely issuance of payment orders, invoices, and credit notes.

● KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Track logistics performance metrics (OTIF, lead time,

service level) and contribute to the development of operational efficiency dashboards

and reports.

● System Management: Maintain accuracy within WMS/ERP systems and collaborate

with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.

● Continuous Improvement: Participate in process optimization initiatives and

support logistics coordination across different departments.

Professional Profile

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,

Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.

● Experience: Recent graduate or up to 5 years of experience in supply chain,

operations, transportation, or e-commerce. Experience in fast-paced, high-volume

environments is highly valued.

● Excel Proficiency: Advanced level (Mandatory). Ability to manage pivot tables,

complex formulas, and data visualization.

● Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Familiarity with Data Analytics and mobile device technology is a plus.

● Language Skills: Intermediate English (Technical reading and comprehension).
