Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing transportation and supply chain operations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Key tasks include analyzing shipment data, maintaining communication across stakeholders, and resolving issues to optimize logistics processes. The role contributes to the seamless movement of freight while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate shipment data, optimize operations, and identify trends
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management practices
  • Proficiency with logistics software, real-time tracking systems, and digital tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Experience with transportation or logistics operations is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred
