Sobre el puesto

Estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager con experiencia en SAP para liderar proyectos de implementación y migración de ERP en empresas de mediana y gran escala. Quien ocupe el rol será responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las fases de los proyectos, asegurando su entrega en tiempo, forma y presupuesto. El rol requiere experiencia en metodologías ágiles e híbridas, así como una comprensión técnica de SAP para alinearlo con el negocio.

Requisitos

  • +4 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de TI, preferentemente en entornos SAP.
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles e híbridas aplicadas a proyectos de implementación o migración de ERP.
  • Conocimiento de SAP ECC y SAP S/4HANA (Brownfield, Greenfield o Selective Data Transition).
  • Comprensión de algúno de los siguientes módulos SAP: FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM y nociones de Basis, Integración, Data Migration y Fiori.
  • Experiencia en gestión de riesgos, coordinación de equipos y comunicación efectiva con stakeholders.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de proyectos (ej. MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Administración, Gestión de Proyectos o afines.
Responsabilidades

  • Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos de implementación o migración de SAP, asegurando calidad, tiempos y costos.
  • Definir metodologías, alcances, recursos y cronogramas de cada proyecto, gestionando riesgos y cambios.
  • Supervisar actividades de equipos multidisciplinarios, asegurando integración entre áreas técnicas, negocio e infraestructura.
  • Coordinar pruebas, actividades de cutover, estabilización post go-live y capacitaciones a usuarios.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con stakeholders, generando reportes claros y asegurando visibilidad de avances y riesgos.
  • Fomentar buenas prácticas de gestión de proyectos, metodologías ágiles/híbridas y mejora continua.
