Strategic Project ManagerLocation: Remote / LATAMC1/C2 EnglishWe are looking for astrategic, proactive, and execution-oriented leaderto join our team as aStrategic Project Manager (SPM). This role drives the delivery of our SaaS and logistics implementations, ensuring flawless execution, high customer satisfaction, and scalable operations.About the RoleYou will convert signed projects into successful client outcomes. As the SPM, you are the engine behindresource utilization, margin protection, forecasting accuracy, and client success. You will work across Product, Development, Logistics Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure every implementation delivers measurable value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of SaaS + logistics implementation projects.Maintain >90% installed capacity utilization for assigned resources.Ensure 0 unmanaged scope creep through formal change-control processes.Achieve >95% forecasting accuracy on milestones and deliverables.Identify and mitigate risks before they impact timelines or budgets.Build strong communication cadences with clients and internal teams.Act as a strategic partner—not just a project manager—ensuring client success and operational scalability.Qualifications3+ years of experience in formal Project Management roles (SaaS, technology, logistics, or consulting preferred).C1/C2 English — able to lead executive-level conversations and negotiations.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Advanced command of MS Project (or similar), with real-time forecasting and capacity-planning experience.Strong analytical, organizational, and risk-management skills.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in all hiring practices.
