Job Description

We are currently seeking a competent Administrative Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative work experience and takes Chinese as the primary working language. The incumbent will be responsible for handling daily office administrative affairs and undertaking human resources execution work assigned by the headquarters. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to efficiently coordinate and complete various tasks. He/She will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and the effective implementation of headquarters' HR-related work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administrative work, including but not limited to office supplies procurement and management, meeting arrangement and preparation, document filing and sorting, and maintenance of office equipment.

  • Undertake and execute human resources-related work assigned by the headquarters, such as employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, personnel information filing, attendance statistics, and coordination of training activities.

  • Coordinate internal and external communication, assist in handling daily affairs between the local office and the headquarters, and ensure the smooth flow of information.

  • Complete other administrative and HR support tasks assigned by superiors.
