We are looking for a designer who knows how to keep things sleek, modern, and professional. Someone who can help elevate both of the brands with clean creative that feels right for a B2B audience. If you love solving problems through design and want to grow fast, this role is for you. Your work will touch everything from digital content to print materials, social media graphics, internal documents, brand assets, and campaign visuals. The goal is simple. Build a design that looks sharp and communicates clearly without feeling busy or overdone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clean, modern designs that strengthen the company brands
  • Support ongoing brand evolution by producing consistent, professional assets
  • Turn complex ideas into simple visual stories that fit a B2B audience
  • Design marketing materials such as one-pagers, banners, presentations, ads, email graphics, and social content
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop new creative concepts
  • Ensure all work aligns with the company Brand Book and guidelines, including color, typography, spacing, and logo usage
  • Take initiative by finding ways to make our brand look sharper and more refined
  • Grow your skills through feedback, exploration, and testing new ideas

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong eye for layout, spacing, color, and modern design trends
  • Ability to create clean, minimal designs that feel polished and trustworthy
  • Interest in B2B visual communication and brand development
  • Comfort building within an established brand system while also improving it
  • Eager to learn, try new approaches, and take ownership of projects
  • Basic understanding of design best practices for digital, print, and presentations
  • Ability to juggle multiple requests and meet deadlines with steady quality

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for logistics, supply chain, or B2B services
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
  • Motion graphics or simple animation skills
  • Understanding of how visual identity affects trust and credibility for brands like DTS that value reliability, professionalism, and precision
  • Experience creating templates with Canva
