Graphic Designer
to manage the technical and creative aspects of our custom bag production process. This role serves as the critical bridge between customer vision and final product, ensuring artwork is production-ready and meets both customer expectations and manufacturing specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Pre-Press Production


•    Translate customer artwork onto die lines for paper shopping bag production


•    Ensure all designs are properly formatted and sized for manufacturing specifications


•    Prepare print-ready files with appropriate bleeds, margins, and color specifications


•    Collaborate with customers to refine designs and address technical requirements

Customer Relations


•    Consult with customers on design needs, offering creative solutions and technical guidance


•    Communicate design limitations and possibilities based on manufacturing capabilities


•    Provide design recommendations to optimize print quality and cost-effectiveness


•    Respond to customer inquiries and revisions in a timely, professional manner

Vendor Coordination


•    Work closely with plate suppliers to order and manage printing plates


•    Coordinate with ink suppliers to ensure accurate PMS color matching


•    Verify color samples and approve proofs before production


•    Maintain strong working relationships with external vendors

Project Management


•    Manage the artwork approval process from initial submission through final sign-off


•    Track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met


•    Maintain organized digital file management system for all customer artwork


•    Archive completed projects for future reference and reorders

Quality Control

  • Review all artwork for technical accuracy before sending to production
  • Ensure color accuracy and consistency across print runs
  • Verify that final products match approved designs
