I. Summary/Objective:

The Graphic Designer – Cross-Functional is a highly skilled and adaptable creative professional responsible for supporting a wide range of design needs across the organization. This role requires a versatile designer who can seamlessly shift between web, digital, print, brand, email, and social media projects, particularly focusing on high-priority and fast-turnaround assignments.

As a cross-functional team member, this individual ensures creative consistency across all marketing channels while maintaining speed, precision, and a high level of craftsmanship. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple concurrent projects, and brings strong conceptual and executional design skills to every task.

II. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a cross-functional design resource, supporting projects across web, digital marketing, print, branding, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Execute high-quality creative work under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into visually compelling creative that drives engagement and reinforces brand consistency.
  • Design and develop engaging visuals for social media, display ads, PMAX campaigns, YouTube Shorts, Google My Business (GMB) content, logos, print layouts, and signage.
  • Partner with marketing, digital, and brand teams to produce assets that meet strategic goals and elevate the brand's presence.
  • Develop marketing materials such as banners, flyers, landing pages, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Manage design revisions and multiple project timelines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creative quality.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing managers to develop cohesive and impactful creative concepts.
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Assist with photo editing, retouching, and layout composition as needed.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, digital innovations, and creative best practices.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as demonstrating efficiency when working independently

III. Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of digital design experience, preferably within retail or healthcare
  • Portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, web assets, social content, and branding work is required

IV. Skills:

  • Bilingual is preferred (English & Spanish).
  • Advanced digital design skills across web, email, display, and digital assets.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Video editing expertise is a must

    Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere
  • Working knowledge of
    Figma
    for UI/UX collaboration and digital asset creation
  • Experience with
    Generative AI platforms
    such as
    Runway, Flair, and Midjourney
    is a plus
  • Exceptional layout, and typography skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like
    Asana
    is preferred
