At Valle Solutions, we are looking for a Developer & Website Designer to join the team of one of our clients in the United States.
This is a key role, responsible for managing both the visual and technical aspects of building high-quality websites and digital interfaces. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience, an excellent design sensibility, and the technical ability to translate concepts into modern, functional, user-centered experiences.
We're looking for someone with a high level of English, a tech-forward mindset, a strong understanding of design principles, and solid front-end development skills.
You'll work 100% remotely from Colombia, in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing, functional, and user-centered websites and digital interfaces.
- Develop responsive, high-performance front-end implementations using modern web technologies.
- Translate wireframes, mockups, and design systems into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Optimize sites for usability, accessibility, SEO, and cross-device compatibility.
- Conduct UX reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on improvements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Solid professional experience as a web designer and front-end developer.
- C1 English level (spoken and written).
- Portfolio showcasing design and development work.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern frameworks/tools.
- Experience with design platforms such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with React, , Vue, or other modern frameworks.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or product-focused environments.
- Experience with animations, micro-interactions, or advanced front-end techniques.
