Reach Digital builds and maintains conversion-focused websites and funnels for service-based and e-commerce brands. We're hiring a
WordPress Developer
to own website builds, ongoing maintenance, and quality control across WordPress, WooCommerce, and GoHighLevel, with occasional light Shopify updates.

This role is for someone who treats live sites seriously, works in staging by default, and QA's their work before anything goes live.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and update WordPress websites (Elementor-based, simple builds)
  • Maintain and improve existing client sites
  • Work in
    staging environments first
    , then push to live
  • QA all work across desktop and mobile before marking complete
  • Build, test, and troubleshoot forms (Gravity Forms and or Formidable Forms)
  • Support WooCommerce product pages, carts, and checkout flows
  • Implement and maintain GoHighLevel pages, forms, and embeds
  • Make
    light Shopify changes
    (content updates, minor layout tweaks, basic troubleshooting)
  • Take ownership of issues and resolve them with urgency

What We're Looking For

  • Strong WordPress experience
  • Elementor proficiency
  • WooCommerce experience
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel
  • Comfortable making light updates in Shopify
  • Experience maintaining live client sites
  • Strong understanding of staging vs live workflows
  • Basic CSS troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset
  • Reliable availability during core working hours

  • All changes go through staging
  • QA is required on desktop and mobile
  • Live environments are treated as revenue-critical
  • Clear communication and accountability are expected
  • Work moves forward independently between calls

  • You work directly on live sites without staging
  • You skip mobile QA
  • You need constant supervision to make progress
  • You don't feel urgency when something breaks
  • You want a pure design or pure Shopify role
