We're looking for a creative and versatile Designer/Developer to join our team If you love building brands from the ground up and bringing bold ideas to life, this role is for you.

You'll take ownership of creating a complete brand identity — from logo, colors, and typography to the guidelines that set the tone and personality. You'll then bring it all to life through a high-impact website, marketing collateral, and digital content that captures attention and makes people stop scrolling.

In addition, you'll flex your skills to keep other projects fresh and functional — updating websites, refreshing visuals, and ensuring everything looks and feels on point. Think of it as being the go-to creative partner who can both design and problem-solve across multiple platforms.

Responsabilities:

● Build a full brand kit — logo variations, color palettes, typography, tone, vibe guide
● Craft visuals with humor, personality, and storytelling baked in
● Design & develop a scroll-stopping website with bold layouts, smooth interactions, and a
slightly chaotic-but-it-works energy
● Create matching assets — pitch decks, social templates, email designs, web graphics
● Maintain & troubleshoot websites (fix bugs, update content, swap images, edit text, clean
up code)
● Ensure sites look and perform great across devices
● Add fresh design touches and keep the visual brand cohesive
What You'll Do

Web Development & Design
●Website Maintenance & Support: Maintain and troubleshoot the existing, website - fix bugs, update images, modify code, and ensure optimal
performance
● Content Management: Update website content, swap out product images, edit text, and
manage ongoing website refreshes
● Code Debugging: Identify and resolve frontend/backend issues, broken links, form
problems, and compatibility issues
● Full-Stack Website Creation: Design AND develop a scroll-stopping Gen Z–style
website with strong visuals, smooth interactions, and an overall "wait, I need to send this
link to my friends" vibe
● Frontend Development: Build responsive, fast-loading websites using HTML5, CSS3,
JavaScript preferred)
● Interactive Elements: Implement engaging animations, micro-interactions, and smooth
scrolling experiences
● Performance Optimization: Ensure sites load quickly and perform seamlessly across
all devices
● CMS Integration: Set up user-friendly content management systems (WordPress,
Webflow, or headless CMS)
Design & Collateral
● Digital Assets: Create matching slide decks, social media templates, email templates,
and web graphics
● Print Materials: Design business cards, brochures, and other branded print collateral
● Motion Graphics: Develop engaging animations for web and social media (GIFs,
micro-animations, video graphics)

Technical Excellence
● Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
● Browser Compatibility: Ensure cross-browser functionality and responsive design
● SEO & Analytics: Implement basic SEO best practices and analytics tracking
● Version Control: Use Git for project management and collaboration
Innovation & Trends
● Trendspotting: Keep designs ahead of the curve by pulling inspiration from TikTok,
Pinterest boards, Behance, and the latest design culture
● AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, etc.) alongside traditional
design tools to speed up workflows and enhance creativity
● Emerging Technologies: Stay current with new web technologies, design tools, and
development frameworks

Bonus Points If You...
● Can edit photos for web & social so they look chef's kiss
● Can cut and polish videos for social media, ads, and website content
● Have motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, GSAP, CSS animations)
● Can dabble in 3D design for web graphics
● Have a knack for video editing in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

Portfolio Requirements
● Strong portfolio showcasing vibe-heavy work — fun, modern, and personality-filled
designs
● Live websites you've both designed and developed from concept to deployment
● Website maintenance examples - before/after shots of sites you've debugged, updated,
or improved
● Examples of cohesive brand systems across multiple touchpoints
● Motion graphics, animations, or interactive elements
● Deep understanding of Gen Z design trends, memes, and cultural references
● Love for typography, layout, and aesthetic cohesion
● Ability to translate abstract brand vision into tangible digital experiences
● Adaptable - Comfortable switching between design and development tasks
● Detail-Oriented - Obsessive about pixel-perfect execution and clean code
