HR, Culture, and DEI Manager (Remote) – Colombia

Full-Time (approx. 40+ hours per week)

We are a creative and fast-growing architecture and design firm committed to building spaces that inspire and serve communities. Our multidisciplinary approach blends architecture, planning, interiors, and branding. Our team is passionate about shaping strong organizational cultures through strategic HR practices, forward-thinking leadership, and a deep dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. As we expand, we're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our remote team in Colombia and help lead our cultural and DEI initiatives.

Position Summary

The HR, Culture, and DEI Manager will be responsible for designing and executing inclusive HR strategies that align with the company's mission and values. This senior-level position will lead programs that support recruitment, employee development, performance management, and DEI efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive and innovative HR professional who champions people-first practices and builds equitable, growth-oriented workplace cultures.

What You'll Do

Human Resources & Culture Development

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goalsEnsure compliance with employment laws while fostering ethical and employee-centered practicesLead full-cycle recruitment and design empowering onboarding experiencesDevelop and manage performance review systems that support feedback, recognition, and growthCoach managers and employees to support personal and professional developmentBuild a culture of trust, belonging, and shared purpose

DEI Leadership & Organizational Development

Design and execute inclusive policies, initiatives, and learning programsMeasure and optimize DEI efforts based on feedback and dataPromote lifelong learning and career development across all teamsConduct engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention

HR Operations & Systems

Oversee implementation and optimization of HRIS tools (e.g., Lattice, Gusto)Streamline HR processes using modern digital systems to enhance efficiencyMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policiesWhat You'll Bring To The Team
Advanced English level (B2+)5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role focused on DEIBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred)Strong background in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational cultureDemonstrated experience building and executing inclusive HR strategiesHigh emotional intelligence and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with employment laws and ethical HR practicesProficiency with HRIS platforms and modern HR toolsA passion for people development, sustainability, and social impactWe Offer You
