We're looking for a HR Analyst to join our team in Medellín

We are seeking a HR Analyst to manage the recruitment of specialized profiles for companies in the United States . If you have advanced English skills and experience in selection processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

What we offer:

Salary: $900 USD + commissions

Full-time Hybrid in Medellín (2 days a week at the office)

Contractor agreement

Responsibilities:

* Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized roles, including screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.

* Client Interaction: Work closely with clients from the US to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent.

* Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and strategies to source candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

* Interviewing: Conduct detailed interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a perfect match for the client's requirements.

* Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for hired candidates.

* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies.

* Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best recruitment strategies.
