Como Intern de Recursos Humanos (HR Intern), tendrás la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia práctica en una variedad de funciones dentro del departamento de Recursos Humanos. Serás parte de un equipo dinámico y colaborativo, donde podrás aprender y contribuir en proyectos que impactan directamente en la gestión del talento y el bienestar de nuestros empleados. Este puesto proporciona una excelente oportunidad para desarrollar tus habilidades profesionales en el campo de Recursos Humanos mientras te sumerges en un entorno empresarial vibrante.

Responsabilidades
  • Asistir en el proceso de reclutamiento y selección de personal, incluyendo la publicación de vacantes, revisión de currículums, coordinación de entrevistas y seguimiento con candidatos.
  • Participar en los procesos contratación de personal.
  • Apoyar las actividades de SST.
  • Apoyar actividades de bienestar laboral.
  • Brindar soporte general en tareas administrativas del departamento de Recursos Humanos, como organizacion de archivos del personal.
  • Gestión de los demás procesos ligados al área.
Habilidades
  • Estudiante activo de carreras tecnicas, o tecnologicas en gestion humana, talento humano o afines.
  • Alta atención al detalle y capacidad para manejar información confidencial de manera segura.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Conocimiento en procesos de selección de personal y manejo de archivo.
  • Habilidad de trabajar en equipo.
  • Disposición para el aprendizaje.
  • IMPORTANTE: Debe cumplir cuota SENA.

Salario: $

Tipo de contrato: Aprendizaje

Horario: lunes a viernes, 7:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m.

Lugar de trabajo: Medellín.

Solo aplica etapa lectiva y disponible para cubrir cuota sena.
