About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Bilingual HR Associate to support our daily human resources and administrative operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth internal processes, efficient information flow, and professional support to both employees and management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for supporting people and maintaining a productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and general office administration.
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Process and track invoices and payments accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring efficient communication and delivery.
  • Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Management teams.

Qualifications

  • English level B1 or higher (reading and writing).
  • Proven experience in administrative and HR support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
