Responsibilities

  • Assist in the process of preparing and distributing payroll, including calculating worked hours, deductions, and ensuring accuracy in the payroll process.
  • Assist with the recruitment process.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Provide support on required Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) issues (create reports, documents, transmit information to external entities, etc.)
  • Assist in the administration of the employee benefits package.
  • Coordinate the delivery and maintenance of uniforms or other necessary work equipment for employees
  • Support  the HR Coordination with training sessions, seminars, HR activities.
  • Perform orientations of new staff.
  • Provide support in the organization of employee wellness activities.
  • Aid in complying with tax obligations related to employees, such as income tax withholdings and social insurance
  • Provide general assistance in administrative tasks such as report preparation, email management, meeting scheduling, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Keep the Human Resources document management system up to date.

Competencies and Specific Skills

  • Education: Technical or professional degree/certification in Industrial Engineer or related field (or final semester student)
  • Communication skills
  • Self-motivated person
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining compliance records.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise and accurate designs that meet all technical specifications and requirements.
  • Communication: Clear communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting designs to stakeholders.
