Treasury & Financial Operations Analyst (Banking & Intercompany)

Treasury team in the NASA region
, where you will gain international exposure and play a key role in the company's financial operations.

What will be your purpose in this role?

You will be a key contributor in ensuring that payments, reconciliations, and intercompany operations are executed in a timely and accurate manner, fully aligned with the company's global standards. Your work will directly support financial stability and the smooth functioning of the business.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Prepare and execute domestic and international payments.
  • Manage urgent payments and netting/compensated transactions.
  • Upload payment files and manage approvals through banking portals.
  • Perform bank, accounting, and cash pool reconciliations (daily and monthly).
  • Manage, reconcile, and report intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports such as overdue payments and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Process bank statements and support coordination between Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounting teams.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in treasury, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and multi-currency operations.
  • Experience in multinational companies (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of:
  • Banking portals
  • Foreign currency payments (FX)
  • Basic accounting principles
  • ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • English level C1 (mandatory for international interaction).
  • Desirable: Power BI, risk management, and US GAAP knowledge.

  • Work modality: On-site
  • Location: Ac. 26 #92-32
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: COP 3,750,000
