Role Description

The Treasury Team Leader - Bank and Intercompany Team Leader is a full-time on-site role based in Bogotá, D.C. This role involves overseeing and managing treasury functions, including intercompany financial operations and bank account administration. Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls, supervising banking relationships, and optimizing payment processes. Additionally, the team leader will manage a team, provide guidance and training, ensure best practices, and handle any escalations related to banking and intercompany transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in treasury management, cash flow monitoring, and bank account administration.
  • Experience with intercompany accounting and financial transactions.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Expertise with financial policies, controls, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in finance-related software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a relevant master's degree is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a treasury role within an international organization is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional language skills are a plus.
