We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented person to join our team as a Telemarketing Representative. Your primary function will be to make outbound calls and schedule qualified appointments with potential customers in Miami and New York, directly supporting the sales team.
Main Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business contacts.
- Use to research leads, manage contact lists and track communications.
- Present company services in a clear and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
- Record updated contact information for each contact in and/or CRM.
- Follow scripts and adapt the pitch according to the type of client.
- Meet daily and weekly goals for calls, contacts and appointments generated.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve prospecting strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation or appointment setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (C1).
- Experience using (preferred).
- High organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
- Willingness to work East Coast U.S. hours.
