The Opportunity
We're looking for a
mid-level Growth Marketing Specialist
to help execute and scale growth initiatives across product and marketing.
This is an
execution-first role
for someone who loves building, testing, shipping, and iterating quickly. You'll work directly with founders and senior leadership, turning ideas into experiments — and experiments into results.
High performers will naturally grow into a
Growth Product Lead
role as the company scales.
What You'll Do
- Design, execute, and optimize growth experiments and funnels to monetize existing traffic
- Build and manage workflows using CRM and automation tools (Pipedrive or similar)
- Translate user insights into actionable product and growth improvements
- Analyze funnels, experiments, and key metrics to guide prioritization
- Help prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and speed
- Collaborate closely with founders and leadership on growth roadmap execution
- Build dashboards, prototypes, landing pages, experiments, and internal tools that actually ship
- Work comfortably in tools like Figma, Notion, Claude, Cursor — and yes, sometimes the terminal
You're organized, assertive, and comfortable driving projects end-to-end without being told what to do next.
Profile We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in growth, product marketing, marketing ops, or similar roles
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, funnels, and experimentation
- Hands-on executor who can take ownership with minimal supervision
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Curious, proactive, and excited by fast-paced startup environments
- AI-native: you actively use modern AI tools to move faster and smarter
- You've built, designed, and launched products (inside a company, freelance, or side projects)
