Working full Onsite in Milla de Oro Business Center, El poblado

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all marketing materials.
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic reach and drive website traffic.
- Plan and execute promotional events and product launches.
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
