Retail Specialist
to support operational and commercial management in the retail channel. Join a global company that drives innovation and growth across Latin America
Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative and operational management of the retail sales area.
- Consolidate, analyze, and present sales, inventory, and field team performance reports.
- Keep the database of points of sale, personnel, and commercial results updated.
- Monitor goal and KPI compliance for the retail team.
- Assist in preparing executive presentations, monthly reports, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate communication between the field team, marketing, and other internal departments.
- Assist the retail manager in organizing trainings, meetings, and team activities.
- Support the control of promotional materials, uniforms, and other logistical resources for the area.
- Contribute ideas and proposals to optimize commercial monitoring processes and reporting.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a sales/administrative assistant in the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Intermediate–advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to process data, prepare reports, and create presentations.
- Strong analytical skills: able to collect, organize, and analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making.
- Advanced English proficiency.
