  • Demonstrates deep product knowledge, clinical understanding, and expertise in positioning Meril's portfolio, ensuring value-based engagement with healthcare professionals.
  • Identifies and builds a high-performance commercial network, including channel partners (Distributors and Sales Agents).
  • To achieve sales targets while ensuring superior customer and patient outcomes.
  • Proactively drives new business opportunities by identifying untapped markets, acquiring new surgeon relationships, and expanding Meril's footprint in key institutions.
  • Stays ahead of evolving healthcare dynamics, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and uncover new revenue streams.
  • Manages a product portfolio with full ownership of sales targets, margin improvement, channel optimization, and budget responsibility to ensure profitable growth.
  • Builds strategic alliances with key opinion leaders, hospitals, procurement authorities, and medical associations to accelerate business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
