Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Officer to oversee all human resources functions for our growing global team. This role is critical to building and maintaining our company culture, supporting our people operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between Baden Bower and our outsourcing partner. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Manage hiring decisions and coordinate offer processes
  • Handle employee separations and offboarding procedures
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new hires

Employee Relations & Administration

  • Manage all leave administration, including paid and unpaid leaves, and other time-off requests
  • Calculate and process sales commissions accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Partner Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between Baden Bower and BruntWork, our outsourcing partner
  • Coordinate contractor profiles, contracts, payroll, and compliance with BruntWork
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between internal and outsourced teams

Events & Culture

  • Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and cultural initiatives
  • Serve as Program Coordinator for company events, managing agendas, speakers, and logistics
  • Arrange and manage business travel for team members and leadership

Knowledge Management & Training Development

  • Create and develop training materials for all staff across departments
  • Consolidate product information, company knowledge, and best practices into our centralized knowledge base
  • Maintain, organize, and regularly update the company knowledge base to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Update and refresh company materials, including handbooks, guides, SOPs, and internal documentation
  • Collaborate with department heads to capture and document processes and workflows
  • Ensure all staff have access to current and relevant resources for their roles

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment and employee relations
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
  • Experience working with outsourcing partners or distributed teams preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with HR software, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills for commission calculations
  • Event planning and coordination experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
