Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Bogotá. This role serves as a key liaison between HR and business units, driving people strategies that support organizational goals. The HRBP will play a critical role in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Facilitate organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
  • Payroll

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
