Talent Acquisition Specialist - Medellín
Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced, results-oriented Contract Recruiter based in Colombia to manage end-to-end recruitment for LATAM roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to source, screen, and secure top candidates—primarily in Colombia, with additional recruitment support for Argentina.

What you'll do

  • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, and pre-screening to assess fit and interest.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS or sourcing tools.
  • Provide regular sourcing progress updates to recruiters and stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment campaigns by creating targeted sourcing strategies and market mapping.

You're a Great Fit If You

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of recruiting in Colombia (experience recruiting in Argentina is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and industries.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and delivery-focused.

Work Setting
Location: Medellín Colombia

Job Type: Hybrid (1 day in the office)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
