About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports a fast and high-quality recruiting process by sourcing talent, conducting first-screen interviews, coordinating assessments, and ensuring candidates move smoothly through the hiring funnel. The role focuses on building strong pipelines, maintaining accurate ATS data, and delivering a consistent, professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound searches.
  • Conduct structured first-screen interviews to assess fit, skills, and motivation.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
  • Administer and track assessments, evaluations, and background checks.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate ATS records and candidate notes.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience (BPO, staffing, or high-volume environments preferred).
  • Experience using an ATS and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn search tools.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • English proficiency (B1–B2+ depending on role support).
